I ordered from therootbrands.com and the shipping was just okay. It wasn’t super slow, but it definitely took a few more days than I expected. The package did arrive in good shape though, so at least there were no issues there.
The tracking was the more annoying part because it didn’t update very often, so I wasn’t really sure where my order was for a bit. That part was weird, but overall it wasn’t a terrible experience, just something they could definitely improve.

I ordered two items, but one of them wasn’t even the one I picked. Shipping was fine, but now I have to reach out to support and wait all over again. This has happened before, so it’s getting tiring at this point

I’ve just been mixing it with water and it goes down fine. Like i said, the taste is easy, and I don’t get any gross aftertaste, which is a huge plus for me. Definitely 5 stars.
